Employees log in with their SAP Concur credentials, requests a virtual card and a budget, managers approve or reject the requests in the Cardlay card management system. The virtual card is issued immediately after approval. In the app, employees can access the card, view card details, view spending rules and add the card to a mobile wallet. Purchases are sent directly to the Concur Expense app, where the reconciliation is made.
